Vince’s early professional career was in the real estate industry. Though he enjoyed it and was successful, he found himself being drawn to serving clients in a different way. In 1985, he transitioned to insurance and financial services industry. Since then, Vince’s clients – individuals, families and business owners – have relied on him for solutions to their life insurance, long term care insurance and retirement benefits needs.
In 2014, Vince decided he could serve his clients even better as part of a local, independent firm. So, he joined LPL Financial and brought his professional expertise to the Thiesen Dueker team. At the same time, Thiesen Dueker provided Vince what he was looking for, an experienced support team and the freedom to offer his clients more services and financial options.
In 2022, Vince was named Director of Thiesen Dueker’s 401(k) Specialists division which is focused on serving retirement plan sponsors and their participants. Under Vince’s leadership, 401(k) Specialists provides advisory and management services for sponsored retirement plans of all sizes throughout California. Vince’s integrity and desire to go the extra mile to serve clients have become hallmarks of 401(k) Specialists and significant factors in the division’s ongoing success.
Vince is a member and past president of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors. He has earned the distinguished industry designations of Accredited Investment Fiduciary, Chartered Life Underwriter and Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow.
Vince and his wife, Linda, have five children and eight grandchildren. He is a proud, lifelong resident of Fresno and a devoted Fresno State Bulldog fan. He enjoys tailgating at Bulldog football games, dinners out with family and friends and attending his grandkids’ activities.
