John Page, CFP^®, ChFC^®, RICP^®

John first got interested in saving and investing as he earned money via a paper route. His mother took him to meet her stockbroker at age sixteen, where he purchased his first stock: Nordstrom.

John obtained his electrical engineering degree at the University of Minnesota. After 25 years at Hewlett Packard developing and managing technology and international business relationships for new and global markets, John retired in 2010 to pursue a second career centered on his life-long passion for financial and investment planning. He continued his path of lifelong learning and earned his CFP®, ChFC®, and RICP® designations, specializing in wealth management, tax-efficient investing, financial planning, and retirement income planning.

John is committed to family and community. He actively participated with his daughter in the YMCA Adventure Program for dads and daughters for 10 years, leading their Trailmate program for 4 years. He is a founding member of the Del Mar – Solana Beach Lions Club and 501(c)(3) Foundation, serving as treasurer since its inception in 2010. John is also an active supporter of challenged athletes, helping them enhance their lives through participation in sports. An avid cyclist, John enjoys staying active and connected with his community.
