Since 2002, Joanne has worked in the financial advisory industry, where she had the opportunity to learn about financial planning and its significance. Her experience in the field inspired her to become a Notary Public in 2015 so that she could better serve clients. Joanne’s career as a Notary Signing Agent kept her quite busy in 2020 and 2021. In September 2022, Joanne made the decision to return to the financial field and join the Thiesen Dueker Team as Tom Morgan’s assistant.
Joanne was born and raised in Selma, California, where she also met her husband, Joe. After 33 years of marriage, they relocated to Fresno in 2000 to raise their kids. Their daughters, Brittni and Amber, both reside in Portland, Oregon.
She has five bearded dragons and an iguana, which need a lot of attention and require a lot of her free time. When she’s not with her reptiles she enjoys hiking and going for long walks.
