Eric Mehling is a Participant Specialist who leads enrollment and education meetings for 401(k) participants, helping employees understand their retirement benefits and make informed financial decisions. He also assists with processing distributions, preparing quarterly reports for plan sponsors, and monitoring investment fund lineups to ensure plan quality and compliance.
Raised in Fowler, California, Eric earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance from Menlo College in Atherton, California. He holds his Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification and is pursuing his Series 7, Series 66, and insurance licenses. A lifelong golf enthusiast, Eric played all four years of high school and continues to enjoy the game today. Outside of work, he’s passionate about the financial markets and values spending time with friends and family.
